As Integrator, it’s my job to drive accountability and harmoniously unite the major functions of the business. It’s not easy. It takes the perfect combination of both grit and heart (maybe that comes from being a mom or from being born to midwestern parents), which is why I’m so uniquely qualified for this role. I proudly obsesses about organizational clarity, having genuine care and concern for people, and our core value “Grow or Die” pulses through my every move.
Now, we’re on a rocketship to 100,000 companies running on EOS around the world. We’ve tripled business year over year. And the people are scaling, not just the business. More than anything, my passion is uniting teams to become extraordinary and to help leaders discover their individual potential beyond their own understanding.
