Mike has devoted himself as a Certified EOS Implementer™ since 2012. In that time, he has delivered over 600 Full Day Sessions with Entrepreneurial Leadership Teams and helped more than 60 Michigan companies transform their businesses. He especially loves helping family businesses. For several years, Mike coached several dozen EOS Implementers on their journey of building their businesses. Mike and his wife, Jill, have applied the EOS concepts to their own family and enjoy sharing their learnings with others. They have four children and live in Southeast Michigan.
The Entrepreneurial Operating System has helped a lot of leadership teams focus on their goals and stay in sync. Wouldn't it be nice if it was something you can apply to your family and personal life? Well, my friend and coach Mike Kotsis and his wife Jill have done just that for several years now and it has helped their family in better communicating and supporting each other as they achieve their personal goals and better themselves. He shares with us the struggles of getting the system off the ground, dealing with resistance from the family, and how family EOS can help you understand your spouse better and raise responsible kids.
