To have the handle on situations where things go wrong - you want to start now look forward, do some prediction - that's one of the abilities that I really harp on with my leadership teams. Doing some prediction, to take a look forward, look forward in the week for the quarter and ask yourself - how's it going to go? What do we need to know? Do we need to save up money, save some time, say no to a few things? And it just it's just a simple skill that does so much for aligning where you're going to go in your life and your business. Take a minute and just look forward and ask - what do I need to know, what do I need to change, what could happen over the next week or over the next 90 days or even beyond?
